Expert in n8n - Gmail Assistant

Project Description
We’re looking for an n8n expert to help finalize or rebuild a smart Gmail Assistant powered by AI and automation.
The goal is to build a fully autonomous email management system using n8n, OpenAI (GPT-4), Gmail API, MongoDB, and Notion API.
Context
We already have a fully structured JSON workflow (45 nodes) with:
Smart router with 4 flows (new mails, validation, follow-up, sent)
Advanced follow-up module using GPT-4 with snooze, thread recognition, and context-based recontact
Command-based UI (chat interface): /nouveaux mails, /relance, /validation, etc.
Full logging, sticky notes, and error handling already implemented
6 MongoDB collections and 4 API integrations already mapped
What You’ll Do
You can either:
Start from the existing JSON and French setup guide (which I will provide)
or
Rebuild the system from scratch based on the executive PDF specification I’ll share
Your responsibilities will include:
Connecting and configuring all integrations (Gmail, OpenAI, Notion, MongoDB)
Refining or adapting AI prompts for email classification, task extraction, and response generation
Ensuring proper flow logic, error recovery, and validation layers
Implementing secure OAuth2 Gmail access and backup strategies
Delivering a user-friendly interface for validation and daily usage (chat commands)
Thoroughly testing and debugging the complete system
Key Features Expected
AI-powered email prioritization, unsubscribe suggestions, and auto-snooze
Automatic task extraction with syncing to Notion
Smart follow-up logic for unanswered emails
Human-in-the-loop validation with chat control
Monitoring, logs, error handling, and API rate management
Optional: multi-language support, Slack/Teams integration
You Should Have
Proven experience in n8n workflow orchestration
Strong API integration skills (Gmail, Notion, OpenAI, MongoDB)
Understanding of AI prompt engineering with OpenAI/GPT
Good practices in error handling, data privacy, and system reliability
Bonus: ability to read or understand French (setup guide is in French)
Deliverables
A fully functional n8n workflow (hosted or exportable)
Deployment guide (if self-hosted)
Short handoff or training session
Documentation outlining the structure, logic, and endpoints
