Event / Entertainment Ticket Issuing Platform

I require the development of a platform, which will feature, sell and issue entertainment events tickets. Event tickets to be issued as traditional PDF files that are sent to the buyer's email address and/or issued as NFTs and sent to the buyers digital wallet. Admin panel needs to provide functionality for promoter/seller to feature their event and then to select method of issuing tickets; either as PDFs or NFTs. Need the ability to create bulk NFT tickets and base on blockchain where gas fees are very small or nil (frictionless).
