I'm looking for an experienced chatbot developer to create a user-friendly chatbot that can assist employment portal users in three main ways:

- Answering Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
- Recommending suitable job openings
- Offering valuable resume tips

The chatbot must be compatible with both our website and mobile application, ensuring seamless assistance to users across platforms. It's also necessary for the bot to support English language conversation.

Requirements:
