Embedded Expert Needed for CCTV Development

I'm in need of an experienced Embedded Software and Hardware engineer to develop a sophisticated CCTV camera. This project entails the following key features:
- Motion Detection: The camera should be able to detect movement and alert the system accordingly.
- Night Vision: The camera must be equipped with night vision capabilities to ensure surveillance during low light conditions.
- Two-Way Audio Communication: The CCTV should facilitate two-way audio communication.

Integration Requirement: The CCTV camera will need to be compatible with an existing security system. Experience in developing devices for security systems will be a significant advantage.

Video Resolution: The camera should support Ultra High Definition (UHD) video resolution. A strong background in high-resolution video processing and camera development will be beneficial.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in Embedded Software and Hardware development.
- Previous work on CCTV camera or similar security devices is preferable.
- Knowledge of motion detection, night vision technology and two-way audio systems.
