Email Extractor software using company name

I am seeking to develop a software program for a Windows platform that will allow me to extract emails using a company name list. This program should be able to pull emails from multiple sources with the ability to filter results. The ideal software will not require any UI, and only need to have a command line interface. The software should be reliable and efficient in its use.
