We are seeking an experienced software development team to create a full-featured Earned Wage Access (EWA) solution that we can brand under our own label. This platform will allow employees to access their earned wages before payday, with a seamless integration for employers’ payroll systems. The ideal freelancer or agency will have experience building financial applications with secure data handling, a robust backend, and an intuitive, user-friendly interface.
Key Features Required:
1. Employee Mobile App
o User-friendly interface displaying available earned wages, transaction history, and withdrawal options.
o Real-time balance updates based on employee hours worked (integrated with payroll and time-tracking systems).
o Secure login with two-factor authentication (2FA).
o Notifications for successful transactions and upcoming payroll deductions.
2. Admin Web Portal (for Employers)
o Dashboard for managing employee accounts, approving withdrawal requests, and tracking funds disbursement.
o Reports and analytics on employee usage and wage withdrawals.
o Settings for customizing withdrawal fees, limits, and other configurations.
3. Backend and Database
o Scalable backend system capable of handling secure transactions and data processing.
o Integration with popular payroll systems (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks, Paycor) for real-time wage calculation.
o Compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR, with encryption for sensitive data.
4. Customization and White Labeling
o Ability to add our brand’s look and feel, including colors, logos, and fonts.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in developing financial applications, especially EWA or payroll-related software.
• Expertise in backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java) and mobile development (iOS/Android).
• Experience with API integration for payroll and financial data systems.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, including PCI DSS compliance and data encryption.
• Ability to build scalable, robust, and well-documented code.
