Key Functionalities Required:
- Lead Management: Integration with our website and social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok), featuring Kanban view and basic communication functionalities.
- Chatbots: AI driven chat functionalities tailored to improve the conversion rate and engagement. Bringing clients for booking
- IP Telephony: Robust integration with call tracking functionality and seamless operation within ERPNext.
- Marketing Automation: Segmented and targeted marketing tools. Automatic email and whatsapp automations.
- Scheduling and Online Booking: Flexible scheduling per doctor and per room, including online booking capabilities. Scheduling calendar should integrate into the website.
- Notifications: Automated email and SMS notifications system.
- Custom Medical Charts: Capabilities to save, access, and visualize pictures and scanned documents.
- Photo Documentation: Secure management and storage of medical photos.
- Invoicing and Financial Management: Full integration with Lexoffice for seamless financial operations.
Inventory Management: Efficient management tools for medical and office supplies.
