ERPNext Experienced Developer Needed

I am looking for a reliable and solid ERPnext full stack developer.
I am looking to create a custom page that is created with mobile first design and UI.
I have a detailed spec sheet which I can share once the shortlisting of the job is done.
I am looking to have a page for
Multi Order Picking - this is where the picker will go and pick orders that have only a single sku as part of the order, they will pick the total qty and bring the sku to the packing table for packing.

Single Order Picking - This is where the picker will go up and down the aisles of the warehouse and pick items based on the warehouse location. They will put it into a temporary bin, then take that bin to the packing table for packing. The packer will scan the temporary bin and will start packing.

I want to do this paperless with devices connected to a Bluetooth scanner.
Shiphero does a good job with picking and has some very good videos on different methods of picking. We want to start off with the above 2 methods with options to add other type of picking methods in the future.
I want someone who is very familiarly with WMS, picking and shipping. We need to set up tote management inside of erpnext and we need to ensure the speed is not compromised.
We can split the job into mildstones with the first being a basic draw up of flow chart or UI screen to ensure both parties have a understanding of what needs to be done.
