ERP set up for an e-commerce business

Interested in setting up an ERP for our e-commerce business. We are a test and measurement company in the process of building a new website. We are looking for an expert that knows the ins and out of setting up an ERP. We are looking for the following features:
- Automation of our daily process
- Data analysis
-Accounting: We currently use quickbooks and would like a system that is integrated with quickbooks.
-Track inventory: We want to be able to track our inventory from when a PO is created up until when the item is sold. Features we are looking for is being able to scan inventory once it comes in and a system that would maintain inventory location. We are looking for a very robust inventory system
-CRM: We would like our CRM to be two folds. One aspect would be dealing with our day to day e-commerce business and the other aspect would be dealing with our government contracts.
