AI-Driven Google Sheet for Fundraising Matchmaking

I'm looking for somebody that can build me a Google Sheet that utilizes AI to help match our internal database of over 200k investors with a user's fundraising requirements. These requirements include the stage of investment, the industry vertical, and the country of operation, as well as the type of investor.
Key Features Needed:
- The AI component should facilitate user interaction through a form-based input system
- The matched results should be displayed in a detailed table with multiple columns
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and AI integration
- Experience in fundraising and investment matchmaking
- Ability to create complex, detailed spreadsheets.
Ability to build in a pay button when user want to obtain more details is very welcome.
