Draw a use case and activity diagram -- 2

The Scenario : A job search centre that is considering the use a software portal instead of current manual process of searching an appropriate job for clients. In addition, the possibility of seasonal reports is also considered.
For the main purpose of this centre, use case and activity diagram should be drawn and in relation to the main use case (matching the registered job seeker with the registered job), write the steps step by step in writing use case.
Details of information and scenario will be given to the project acceptor. Due to the fact that it is a simple project, the entries are limited and there are not many use cases and relations.
