Docusign conditional/dynamic fields

I am trying to set up some contracts in Docusign, and I want to automate them a little. Basically I have 1 standard contract, but I want the address to change to one of 20 addesses based on a drop down (to avoid loading up 20 different contracts with different addresses). Is this something you have done before? If so I would love to have a chat about how.
