Docker compose- CI/CD github runner- Odoo

I have a docker set up for Odoo-14 with CI/CD through GitHub actions, every time I make a push I lose the last state of the app data. I am assuming I have a problem with the Postgres, I am hoping to find someone who can create a parallel environment for Odoo-15 as well as fix the current one so if there is a new push it keeps the last state of the database.
