Digital system mapping for a charity
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I am looking for a collaborator to help me streamline processes and increase efficiency within my charity. We currently have an outdated digital system in place, however we know it is time to modernize and upgrade our existing tools and processes and with that some of our core systems. We understand the need for improved communication and collaboration, enhanced data security and privacy, and therefore are interested in understanding actions to take to best meets our needs and fits our purpose over the next 1-3 years. The goal of this project is to map our current systems, tools, their integrations etc. to then recommend how we would optimize our current infrastructure, identify what software would best meet our requirements, and map out any changes that are needed.
We are seeking expertise and insight from qualified applicants who have extensive knowledge in digital systems and software, can recognize the benefits of improving communication and collaboration, are familiar with the need to enhance data security and privacy, and understand the importance of modernizing and upgrading our existing systems, integrations and processes in order to streamline processes and increase efficiency. This project requires accuracy, attention to detail and management abilities in order to design the optimal digital system mapping for our charity.
We are a medium sized frontline charity based in Bedfordshire. The project would be contracted and can be undertaken largely remotely (but within the UK). We would look to undertake the project within the next 3 months
