Developing an innovative Pedestrian safety device to fit in a vehicle

To develop a software or customize an existing software to analyze the image captured by the Infra Red thermal vision camera to detect the presence of human beings in front of the vehicle . The output of the software should be linked to an actuator which triggers the control unit of the existing horn system of the vehicle.
