Developer for e-Procurement System

Purpose to Build the Software:
Highest level of professionalism and integrity with our customers by providing e-procurement system that ensures the quality services.
We are looking for a person/s with some experience in developing software for e-procurement system, we need professional developer.
The project parameters are:
1. The step-by-step process whereby the final design and describe the software development methodology and testing procedures related to e-Procurement system in initial milestone
2. In second milestone we need Interface of the system and choice of programming language
3. Mention technical requirements in platform
4. Develop complete e-procurement system using appropriate platform
5. Need high level security and privacy for this system
6. After testing, client is responsible to deploy the system
7. Site should include the following general navigation structure.
