Develop a simple high-level wrapper around cTrader API

I would like to develop a simple wrapper around cTrader API, https://github.com/spotware/OpenApiPy
Ideally, I would like to have defined for the moment just 2 functions:
- "send order" function which takes as input credentials and order data, sends the order, and returns the results of the order insertion
- "get tick price" which takes as input credentials and the symbol and returns the bid and ask price of the symbol
