Firstly we are looking for someone to Develop a virtual cloud based call centre for Customers based in Canada and Customer representatives in India.
Second part is developing a website where clients/customers will make an account and recharge there account before calling and they would be charge as per time usage.
Third part is CRM software to monitor customer representatives ,call volume, wait time, repeated calls.
Finally integrate all this on one platform
All the interested candidates must have experience in such projects.
