Develop AI Chatbot For Wellness and Basic Mental Health Care For English-speaking Clients Only

I am looking for a skilled AI developer to develop a chatbot for wellness and basic mental health care services for English-speaking Americans. The chatbot should be able to offer both emotional support and advice, as well as provide resources and information to English-speaking clients only pertaining to basic wellness and mental health topics. An example is "Stella" from Unitedwecare.
