Detect Bull Flag Pattern using Pine Script Language

I am looking for an experienced Pine Script developer to create a script that can detect the bull flag pattern on different timeframes such as intraday (5m and 1m). The script should only include the bull flag pattern and not any additional technical indicators. I would like the script to generate alerts or notifications whenever a pattern is detected. Bull Flag pattern is defined as 3+ green candles moving up sharply followed by 2 or more red candles (these candles cannot break the high of the previous candle), A perfect 5-min bull flag pulls back to the 9 EMA on the 5-min chart. Also, can the entry signal is defined as the first candle to make a new high after 2 red candles and a tap of the 9 EMA on the 5-min chart, with stop at the low of the last 5-min candle. Last, A bull flag should not retrace more than 50% of the original move to the upside.
