I'm looking to develop a new Windows desktop application. The ideal programmer for this project should have extensive experience in desktop application development with a solid understanding of Windows operating systems.
The system is a traffic controller that uses image processing to change green to a red light if there's no cars to give priority to the street that has cars, or give priority to the street with the most traffic (working in real-time)
