Designing inventory & invoice software

I am looking for a software developer to design a program that can assist me with my inventory management and invoicing needs. The program should be compatible with Windows operating system.

The program should have the following features:
- Inventory tracking
- Invoicing

There are no specific requirements for the programming language, but it should be a language that is commonly used and easy to work with. Experience in designing inventory management and invoicing software is preferred.
