Design and create cloud based management dashboard/system/solution for E-commerce

I'm running an e-commerce business which is seeing moderate success. We purchase goods from foreign country and sell within the UK.
Currently we sell on Ebay, Shopify and Facebook, Soon expanding to Amazon as well.
I need a solution which automates as much of the process as possible. Tracking products quantity and prices, tracking sold items and calculating profits and alerting when low on stock etc (should sync across facebook store, ebay and shopify and amazon).
Ideally this should also calculate tax required for self-assessment (or at least provide all the information an accountant would need).
You should have done this kind of thing before and be able to demonstrate a very clear understanding of what it is I require as well as show examples of previous work.
