Design a CRM Integration with Genesys Developer

I'm seeking a skilled Genesys Developer with robust API experience to assist in designing an integration between our in-house CRM system and Genesys.

Key Requirements:
- Synchronization of critical data points including:
- Customer Information
- Interaction History
- Real-time fetching of Genesys data
- Enabling control of phone calls through our application

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Genesys development
- Extensive experience with API integrations
- Familiar with CRM systems, particularly custom-built ones
- Capable of designing complex data synchronization systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
