Depression and suicide detection from text using Natural language processing -- 2

As a graduation project, I am looking for a natural language processing expert to develop a tool that can detect depression and suicide from text. The project will involve analyzing online forums and social media posts to identify potential cases of depression and suicide, also there is twitter api to search on it any topic then detect of there is any suicide or depression thoughts in the searched topic, twitter api or reddit api. I am looking for a very good web application that can provide basic accuracy in detecting these cases. The ideal candidate will have experience in natural language processing and machine learning. Interface should be awesome and very well designed, i have an offline dataset when anyone accept i will send it to him at the same time.
