Deploy small Python Script on Digital Ocean

I have a ready-to-go Python script that I need deployed on Digital Ocean Apps. The script is an automation tool and interacts with several external APIs.

Key Requirements:
- Deploy the script from my GitHub repo
- Configure the necessary environment variables (I have a complete list of these)
- Ensure the script is able to interact with the required external APIs
