Data gathering tool from public source +crm

needing certian data about individual companys listed on the nz companys office generarted inot a report so a tool of simialr i can install to genertae the pdf with required information.

I want to be able to import a csv or txt file with a list of numbers to search for and then obtain the information needed from the website and then generate a report with said information for printing via pdf or exporting information to mailmerge envolope printing.

the extracted data will be linked to a crm system to be able to create a contact for each of the nubmers with a directors name the company details and ect but i have list3ed that part serpate if you can create crm systems or set themup with this data coming in i wil talk furthers
