Customize Telegram Client for Windows

I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced developer to customize a Telegram client for Windows.

We need to modify this opensource code to make sure that:
- The usernames and telephone numbers of other users are never displayed.
- All chats of channels and groups of which you are not an administrator are removed from the chat list.
- It is not possible to disconnect other sessions.
- possibility of switching from one account to another, with a single click, with indicator of new chats to read for each account
- possibility to choose the audio and video source to make video calls and test if the video calls work correctly.
