Customization Bigbluebutton video playback

I am looking for a developer or programmer that, has good knowledge of bigbluebutton, To make some customization in video payer to prevent the users from downloading the videos and change the logo, and the text created by bigbluebutton. And if possible disable the download manager software from detecting the video stream by creating a script or any other solution.
