Customer Support Specialist
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
RAKT has been able to garner tremendous traction across industries over a small period of time, we have a lot of overseas clients. The job will require the candidate to work 4 hours a day tackling queries. Working time would be one of the shifts: 3pm - 7pm; 9pm - 1am or 3am- 7am. (GMT) Core tasks would be:
1. Onboard new customers
2. Resolve queries
3. Routinely check user’s account and ensure they don’t have any issues. Another aspect of the job would consist of collecting feedbacks and analyzing the issues that we are facing.
Expectations:
The candidate is expected to have a technical background to understand the granularities of our work.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills and patience to work with our clients.

Salary: 250$ per month
