Customer Representative and Software Trainer

We have developed our own web based software platform that is deployed in offices around the US. We are looking for individuals that have flexibility to travel in working with our customers in there offices to teach them how to use the software and communicate through chat with analysts for any customizations identified. We will teach you how the software works. You do not have to have prior experience with our software or software development but you have to be generally good at learning web based applications. You have to be good at explaining technology to people with excellent communication skills and very personable. A sales background is very helpful. Ability to relay information through chat or phone is also important. We have full time work if interested or can contract for prescheduled weeks as needed.



COMPENSATION: Daily fixed amount for all meals. It would be based on GSA rates that we use. Approved hotel cost reimbursement. Approved rental car reimbursement. Approved plane ticket cost reimbursement. Hourly Rate for travel time to and from the location and time spent in attendance for the event. Other details to follow upon accepted bid.
