Custom arbitrage bot

Am looking for a professional who is going to create for me a custom arbitrage bot between dex'es.
Bot should monitor specific pairs which will be predefined.
Bot should execute buy and sell at the same time.
Bot should also have option to buy and send tokens to exchange where it sells the token with arbitrage.
Bot needs to be very responsive and quickly to be able to compete against other bots.
Bot should be able to run on a windows or linux server
Only experienced people please.
