Custom Risk Management Tool for Trading

I am looking for a developer to create a custom risk management tool for the Quantower trading platform, which will allow me to manage trading limits across multiple accounts. I copy trade on multiple connections, and I need the ability to configure different risk management settings for each account through the Quantower UI.
Here are the specific requirements:
Limit Position Size:
Prevent placing an order if it exceeds a pre-set limit (e.g., if the limit is 2 contracts, the system should block an order for 3 contracts or adding to a position that exceeds the total allowed).
Trading Hours Restriction:
Restrict trading to only occur within specific times for each account.
Automatically prevent trades outside of these hours.
Daily Loss & Profit Limits:
If the account hits a pre-set daily loss limit, I want all positions closed, and trading for that account disabled for the rest of the day.
Similarly, if the account reaches a daily profit target, close all positions and disable trading for the rest of the day.
Trade and Loss Limits:
Set a maximum number of trades per account per day.
Stop trading for the day after a set number of losing trades (e.g., if I set the limit to 2 losing trades, no further trading should be allowed once this limit is hit).
Lock Settings:
I need the ability to lock the risk management settings so that changes cannot be made while the market is open or during specific times (e.g., the settings can only be adjusted during off-hours).
User Interface Integration:
All of these settings should be configurable through the Quantower UI, and they must be customizable for each account independently.
