Crypto trading program

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a crypto trading program for me. The program should implement a depth of market trend following strategy and trade the ADA/USDT cryptocurrency. I would also like to incorporate deep learning into this at a later date so someone proficient in both would be highly desirable. Pay can be broken up into stages depending on the complexity and time required.
