I would like to build crypto memecoin screener and auto trading bot.
Attached are some documents that you can find the detail/features that I would like to build.
Please review all documents in detail, ask questions to clarify if you have any doubts.
If you ask for budget, I would like to get the lowest budget I can get.
So you need to come up with your best price, then I will compare with other vendor/person/programmer, then see/pick which one is the best options for me in terms of price offer and also experience.
My expected time frame would be 2 to max 4 weeks.
If you have similar experience building crypto trading bot, please do share/explain it to me.
I am trying to be as detailed as possible by providing the project requirements document, however I know that it will not cover 100% of the project, when the project run, along the way there must be some minor changes here and there, you must be willing to accommodate the minor changes until I consider the apps is good enough to be released for public.

1. Read the project document thoroughly, dont ask "stupid" questions (questions that the answers already explained in the documents). I have spent some time and effort to create the document, please appreciate that by reading the documents.

If you do this, I will consider you as a scammer, and I will block and report you immediately. I have been in this hiring freelance game for a long time, so I can smell scammers from far away. 3. You will be noticed/stand out among others, if you can send me your previous similar project documentation/proof that you were actually working on the similar project. Do not just send me a public URL, anyone can do a google search and provide the URL.
4. If you want to have a chat me, ask all questions directly, dont just say hi/hello and waiting for my reply so that you can have a chat and close the deal immediately. I will not make a deal on first chat. Dont waste my time, be direct and straight to the point.
