Cross-Platform Desktop App Developer Needed

I am in search of a seasoned desktop app developer, preferably experienced in Electron. Here's what I need:
- App Compatibility: The desktop app should be compatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
- Design Assistance: I don’t have a complete design prepared for the app. Although I have a rough idea, I will need your help in refining and structuring it into a functional design.
- App Features: The primary functionality of this app is to serve as a chat application. Over time, we might add in more features, so prepare for possible scope expansion.
Ideal skills required for this role include:
- Solid experience in desktop application development.
- Prior experience in Electron is preferable.
