Crewing Software

Hi,
I am looking for a desktop-based program (or something tailored under MS-Access or MS-Excel) that works as a crewing software, where we can handle personnel information along with their documentation (education certificates, medical reports, travel docs, safety certificates, etc). The software should have the facility to give warnings for the expiry of each document (as applicable) and include fields where we can add more information like personnel assessments, payments, etc.
I prefer offering something which is currently exist so we can evaluate it and work on modifications that suits our need.
