Creation and auditing of a crypto token based on ERC-20 or BSC

We need a quote for the creation of a crypto token based on Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain network.
The token will be used as a method of payment within a big website.
The token will have to derive its value from the website users data (this means that the token must be connected with the concept of big data).
The contract must have APIs to interact with it and a basic web based interface for the interaction.
The perfect candidate is a person or an agency that have real experience in this field and some tokens already in production. The ideal candidate will create the contract of the token and will have to provide us with his advice based on his real experience in the field in order to guide us from the first steps in creating the token, through the security audit, the deployment in production and finally the listing on various exchanges such as Binance Launchpad and others. All this elements must be present in the estimate that the candidate must provide to us.
The decision of the network (ERC-20 or BSC) will be selected based on the discussion with the candidate and the consideration of the pros and cons in existance.
We want to see an already deployed token developed from the candidate! If you do not have a real project in production, do NOT commit to this project!
