Create middleware API that connects to our system

We are looking to build an simple middleware API for customers to order phonenumbers from our system. We are unable to provide direct API acces to our system so we will use the API's available to obtain the data and pass that towards the customer and system.

Preferably build in Javascript language like NodeJS/SailsJS.
