Create a custom Form in Acumatica ERP -- 2

I am looking for someone to help with creating a custom form in Acumatica ERP for 2021R2. I do not need the form to be mobile ready however, I do need to be able to customize or generate reports from the form. the form needs to sync data to an api system, as well as get and show data from the api. I am looking for a skilled developer who can help create something that meets my needs and has experience with Acumatica ERP.
