Create Online Marketplace Management Tool

Hi. I buy and sell products on an online marketplace. Sometimes competitors sell similar products. I need an app to automate pricing and assist with accounting. I am looking for an online management tool to be developed where we can check the prices and do basic accounting. I am currently using a service provider for this service. I want the system to work with multiple API keys and multiple users.
I need the following functionality:
- Updates to prices with automated pricing every 6 seconds
- Cyclic pricing - There needs to be this option to toggle this on or off: When min price is reached, reset to preffered price and wait for a selected amount of min (default to 30 min) and automation to continue again.
- Price change history to be captured and saved and saved every time it is read.
- Show products where buybox is winning and when it is losing for each product. Where it is not automated, email to be sent when not winning buybox.
- Allow loading of item cost price, percentage success fee and fulfillment fee. Profit per sale = Selling price – selling price*percentage success fee – fulfillment fee.
- Show graph showing revenue per day over a month period.
- Show graph showing profit per day over a month period.
- Show best selling products
- Show highest profit products
- Show average sales per month for each product (default averaging to start on first sale date)
- Communicate via email when losing the buybox on any product and not on 30 min pause for cyclic pricing.
