Create an Inventory and a clients data base inluding a discount policy.

I am looking for a freelancer who can create an inventory and a clients database, specifically for products. I would prefer a custom software solution for the database. The discount policy should be dynamic and customizable for each client.
The programm should be compatible to search using a barcode scanner as well as using the scanner in order to add or remove stock.
Finally the whole idea is to keep the stock levels of my shop correct and have a knowledge of my everyday margins and sells.
Important specifications:
Stock of products
Search for a product and find stock levels
Price i bought the products
Price i sold the products
Client data base
Discount for every client
Daily,Monthly and Annual selling reports
When i scan a product to be removed or added to the inventory.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in developing custom software solutions for databases
- Knowledge of digital product inventory management
- Familiarity with creating dynamic discount policies
- Ability to create a user-friendly interface for the clients database.
