Create A Auto Connect VPN Client

Im not sure if this is even possible, but we have a firewall with a vpn setup on it. we require somone that can create a client that will auto-connect to the vpn from a windows laptop and auto-reconnect if it goes down/the connection is interrupted.
The client that comes with the firewall (forticlient) has this feature but it is a premium and pay per user so the cost will not work.
If this is somthing you can do please bid.
