Count items on a construction plan with AI / n8n

I am looking for an experienced developer with expertise in n8n and AI integrations to build a custom automation workflow. The goal is to automatically process construction plans (uploaded as PDF) and extract the count of all items (electrical sockets, etc.) in the agenda on the plan. In addition I need an approximate estimation of the required cable length. (Maybe based on the Square Meters - I can adjust the formula)
