Convert UNICODE/UTF-8 chinese characters to all UTF-8 Chinese characters
Budget: $80 – $240 HKD
A vendors table was created a while back and been populated through some classic ASP pages and recently some PHP pages. This has resulted in mixed entries in the database. See the attachments shown below.
Some rows (ie. row 696) show Chinese characters as "宿松康泰' while other rows (ie. row 697) show the proper characters "爱新"
Need a PHP code page that goes through the entire table and converts all characters like in row 696 to their UTF-8 format like row 697. If the characters are already like shown in row 697, then it does not make any changes. All other English characters are left untouched also
