AI Consulting with Whisper GPT and Google Sheets

Looking for someone who can help with webhooks and associated tech to make a buildout more seamless.
The current build is that we use Whisper, using Google Colaborator, then we need to manually upload an audio file, then the audio file transcribes, then we need someone to manually enter our prompt with text transcription into Chat GPT.
The goal is to enter audio file links into spreadsheet, then for all of this to happen in the backend, and then for the final GPT output to be in the cell next to the audio file link.
