Consult & Build a Website based on NFT & Blockchain

Hi, I want someone with a knowledgeable team who are well versed with Blockchain, NFT & Consultation. We want to create a website using Blockchain & NFT. We want to create a ticketing platform similar to Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, Stubhub etc. However, we want to use blockchain technology that uses the cheapest transaction fees but also has a solid technology. This is what I need the consultation for mainly.
Either using GET Protocol or some other open source technology, if it makes it easier then we are open to that as well.
The goal is to make sure we have fast transaction at low fees. Please send me details for work that you've done that might have included blockchain as well as NFT. I would then want to have a conversation with your sales and technical expert who would be overseeing this project. Once that is done, we will award the project and then reveal rest of the details.
It is a time sensitive project but we also need to make sure everything is done correctly and right.
