Connect inventory

I'm looking for someone to connect my existing inventory system to other systems I use. I am currently using an inventory management software that generate a file CSV with prices and quantity by ean code such as and am in need of a real-time stock level updating connection. I want to be able to integrate it with other systems such shopify Commerce with ftp. I am looking for someone with expertise in creating this connection and who can ensure that the data is up-to-date and safe.
