Connect PHP app to PDF with XFA document to add data in it.

We are trying to find a solution for connecting our PHP app so we can add data from the APP in PDF with XFA.
The PDF form when filled would generate an xml and a flat pdf that can be printed. We can also work only with XFA form if the XML generation is possible.
I am attaching the pdf that contains the XFA form.
The output of this project should be integrated in our PHP app and would have as output a flat PDF with the xml attached. Also in the future to be able to change the form used used for generating the xml and flat PDF.
