Software Needs

Social Media:
- We need a way to track all of our client’s social media statistics. on the following platforms:
- TikTok
- Instagram
- Twitter
- YouTube
- Here are the BASIC Statistics we need from the influencers’ accounts (All stats should include
graphs that update frequently):
- Engagement Rate *
- Total Followers
- Average Likes/Comments
- Male/Female Demographic
- Age Demographic
- This part of the software could be modeled after the Sprout Social Platform
- We need to have the ability to schedule posts for the clients through the platform.
- Analyze the web for the best hashtags
- Give stats on the best times to post for the client
- We need the ability to create a full social media audit. A good example would be Phlanx.com and
their audits.
Logging:
- Influencer/Celebrity Client Logging:
- Company Client Logging
- Need to be able to log the name and website of the brand, direct contact within the
companies information, budget/amount given to us by the company, the percentage of the
money that we decide to take in a percentage and in dollars, the percentage and amount
we intend to divide between the influencer clients, the company demographic, the
companies desired platforms/insights within posts.
- Company Logging
- Need to be able to log rosters for the following:
- Influencer/Celebrity Clients
- Corporate Clients
- Atlas Entertainment Agency Employee Roster
- Need to be able to log all sales and the revenue generated, profits acquired, cash flow,
etc…
- Automated Revenue projections with expenses/cash break downs
- Executive Logging
- A place to put all of our files (Like google drive)
- A place that has the logins to all platforms
- Investment information (what we have paid off- what we owe, with graphs)
- Employee Logging
- Need a place for management to manage employees information, good behaviors, strikes
(bad behaviors), records, etc...
Sales:
- A place to write and store different pitches to different demographics
- Sales information (Numbers, who made a sale, their commission, etc…)
- SAAS
Team:
- Access Levels
- Currently we have 3 access levels (Level 1, Level 2, and Executive)
- We would like certain parts of the software to only be accessible to certain levels.
- Executive can see all parts of the software
- Level 2 can see level 2 and level 1 access
- Level 1 can only see level 1 and all access
- We would like management to be able to set roles for new employees with access level involved.
- We would like an integration for chatting per department (Like SLACK or DISCORD)
- All access, level 2, and executive level announcement boards integrated.
Design:
- Company colors are Navy Blue, White, and a little bit of black.
- We would like to keep this theme throughout the platform.
- We want the platform to be easy to use and have a clean user interface
- We would like to have the platform web based along with the option to download the platform
(Like Whatsapp or Discord)
- We would like the platform to not be extremely stiff or angular. We want it to look a little softer,
the Sprout Social Platform is a great example.
